This living room / lounge was painted in Sol de Yukton from the Leyland Trade range. This is a slightly lighter shade of mustard, which looks very dramatic. As well as being bold, Sol de Yukton is an approaching colour, meaning the room feels cosey.
The product used on the walls is Leyland Trade Vinyl Matt, which is a rich matt paint which shows few defects. Using a good quality paint is a must when using a strong colour like mustard.
The Ceiling was finished in Johnstone’s Covaplus in Brilliant white, which offers a fantastic contrast. The woodwork was painted in Johnstone’s Trade Eggshell, which makes it look very striking.
