The ceiling was freshened up with Dulux Vinyl Matt in white. It is good to avoid “Brilliant White” when painting a ceiling, as defects are sometimes visible.
The walls were finished in Natural Hessian. The product of choice was Dulux Diamond matt due to the durability and overall appearance. Dulux Diamond Matt is tough enough to withstand a quick wipe over, so it’s perfect for a kitchen and high-traffic areas.
All the woodwork was finished in Dulux satinwood, which is an oil-based product with a 40% sheen level. Unlike some other oil-based products, Dulux satinwood tends to last for several years before it starts to discolour.
